The Milton offers AA rosette food and personalised service in a stunning setting, recently used for filming an episode of the Hairy Bikers! The Milton’s brigade of chefs are renowned not only for the taste, texture and depth of flavour they impart to their cooking, but also for the stunning presentation of their dishes.
Neil and Julie Rae took over the restaurant in December 2004. Since then the Milton has won the Taste of Grampian Restaurant of the Year Award, and the kitchen team is headed by Executive Chef David Littlewood (Grampian Chef of the Year 2007).
